Try close iTunes and everything else, insert the same memory card go to my computer click on the memory card and access those files directly, try to play every track in there see if they all play, if not it should give you some error message telling you why * +

do wat mandain said n if the track plays, my advice is to transfer all ur tracks to ur computer say to ur music folder then from ur music folder put tracks in itunes n sync ur ipod that way itunes wil recognise the location from ur hrd drive rather than ur memory card * +
