If you wanna cheat the system then it's a bit too much of hassle I'd say. Why not buy games and apps legitimate way and support the developers who spen their time, energy and money for creating something good?! * +

They don't sell iTunes recharge cards or vouchers where you are? * +

They don't let you buy using your airtime because Apple doesn't hold such contracts itch the carriers and may be its a bit too much of hassle for a big company like Apple when they're already making billions of dollars. * +
