I think you need to phone your network customer support and ask for your phone to be unlocked. There may be a fee but after they will give you the code. Follow the instructions exactly when you get it. * +

If you have proof of its purchase then take the the phone to a shop and ask them to unlock it * +

Don't think taking it to a shop in Pakistan would help. If you have the receipt then call Apple directly. * +
