Just one or 2 things similar such as the ridiculous rectangle shape and rounded edges may not be considered copying but when you combine them all together such as the double tap the pinch to zoom the slide to unlock etc then yes I believe it's is trying to copy the overall look and feel and user experience of an iPhone * +

To be honest I'm surprised it took this long, for when the first Samsung galaxy came out many people said the exact same thing that it is an iPhone clone, there is no doubt about it * +

And the notification bar in android, jellybean at least works better than iOS you simply swipe left or right to clear it unlike with apple you need to tap on the X then tap on clear again to clear it *
