I do that but still runs kinda slow. Like when i was scroll through my apps it will lag or like when ive been typing this out i pressed the letters n when i stop typing they all showip at once * +

Apart from some specific system threads iOS doesn't multitask. Hence killing apps won't help. Delete cr*p cydia apps if your device is jail broken. * +
