Open picture, touch picture, at the top right you should see a bin touch the bin and it will ask you if you want to delete picture touch yes. If your trying to delete off photo stream (iCloud) then you need to update to latest firmware to allow it to delete. * +

im on 4.15 im talking pictures that i sent to my phone via itunes those cant be deleted but the ones i download and snap can be deleted wtf * +
