Ok so i dropped my ipod a couple months ago on the ground outside my friends house and the bottom of the touch screen dont work and i have to go to search ever since then my cousin put more songs on it n now it wont even let me play games it just goes back to the app screen but i can listen to music thru search any advice? * +

Only thing I can think of is to risk restoring the iPod, otherwise it's gonna be a costly trip to the apple store for a repair, but someone may come up with a better suggestion :) * +

Look online for vids on replacing the screen. It's simple and then do a restore. * +

Can u actually replace the screen urself? And someone told me it would be about 200 dollars or more to get it repaired. * +

It's really simple as it sounds like its only the digitizer that's bust and there(Oops xvansx isn't around)they're the cheaper of the two screens to be replaced...the LCD being the dearer.Youtube has tons of vid's showing you how to do it...study them and you should be ok to do it yourself. * +
