On a mates iphone4 .... Never seen anything like it.... Can't access settings .... The settings icon is nearly as large as the screen and nothing happens when it's tapped ... I suggested a trip to the apple store... Anyone heard of this before? * +

try reebooting hol the power and home button when the white apple logo release the power button keep yoir finger in the home button for about 10 or 15 secinds if no luck restore it I did that ti my phone but I got back in to setting general then accessibility * +
