Oh dear, after failing to meet quarterly estimates this is the last thing Apple need. Apparently many iPhone4S users have begun experiencing very poor battery life, poorer than iP4. There is also a growing amount of people on iPads, 3GS and iP4 who began experiencing bad batt life after updating to iOS5: http://is.gd /lvPLOn * +

Interestingly enough Engadgets camera test also shows this, the iPhone4S is out lasted by the Samsung Galaxy SII which has a much larger display and faster CPU, as well as by the Nokia N8 and iPhone4: http://is.gd /7Ol58j * +

It seems to be mainly iPhone4S issue: http://is.gd/pZhiXY seeing a lot of the same complaints a HoFo, heating and bad batt life, im shocked at some of the results, from 100 to 50percent in 2hours of lite usage, i doubt even the DesireHD with its tiny 1200mAh batt and huge 4.3inch screen could manage such high drain. Some are blaiming iCloud sum Siri, but i remember Apple were said to be having heating issues with the A5 chip few months ago, they may not have totaly gone. * +

I've got a 4s- seems much better battery than my ip4. Think it's just ppl noticing a difference as ips5 drains more battery * +
