Depends on your needs, i ive got a Samsung Galaxy Tab10.1 and loving it, the widgets, Flash10.3 support, BT file transfer, multitasking, ROM modding, etc... are very important to me, it has almost completely replaced my laptop, except when i do my uni assignments. You cant go wrong with the iPad2, Galaxy Tab10.1, Acer Iconia Tab, Asus Eeepad and HP Touch Pad, but i would suggest avoiding.... * +

I would suggest avoiding the Motorola Xoom and BB Playbook, they both are plagued with issues, and trusr me you dont want a tablet plagued with issues as a tablet isnt a necessity and one bad experience could completely put you off of them, when they are actualy fantastic devices. * +
