No problem,I only use iTunes to activate and update my phone....everything else is done with the use of iFile and pwntunes.Backup all your ringtones by copying to your downloads folder via iFile and then cut n paste to your pc for backup...can be done for themes etc so when you update you only need to replace via pwntunes after rejailbreaking * +
