Apple don't unlock their phones, it's down to the carrier and as dani said that's unlocking not jailbreaking * +

It is between 15 and 20 Biggzy I had I got mine unlocked by O2. So much easier than worrying about unlocks and tethering problems with new jailbreaks * +
