Restore it through iTunes, when it's done set it up as new iPhone * +

Go to settings/general/reset then erase all content and settings, this will erase everything, then u will need to plug into iTunes, click on set up as new phone, n on left of iTunes, where shows iPhone, if right click, u can edit phone name:) have fun ! * +
