Would everything have to be the same on both iPhones. I only have 1 iTunes. Also if I get an iPad can I keep separate music apps an videos. * +

No. Click manually manage music and videos. And after you plug in your iphone, go under apps and check which ones to install or delete. My ipad has seperate stuff from my iphone. * +

I can have as many devices as u want. Just create new user accounts in the PC for each device. *
