The problem u was havein with my proximity sensor on my iPhone 4 were my light was staying off wen I take a call can't b fixed according to the o2 iPhone helpline woman I spoke to, they said they will send me a new one out wen they receive there new batch next month, hopefully all the bugs will be fixed on that batch of iPhone 4, an at least I still get to keep this 1 till then result * +

Don't bother with o2, take it into an Apple store and they'll swap it there and then for you. I never go through o2, any problems and I book a genius bar slot * +

Loads of people on the Apple forums have it, some say resetting settings solved it but it didn't work for others * +
