jailbreak/cydia search for bossprefs/install/cydia/search safari then you will see safari DL/install/bossprefs/turn safari DL on ... Now you can download.. But im not sure if all files are supported * +

goto google and search for quickpwn and download it onto your comp then unlock the iphone using quickpwn and once you do that then u will see two new apps called cydia and installer.. Follow the prev steps now.. If you are still on 1.1.x firmware then search google for liberty+ and select jailbreak then use the prev steps * +
