Are there any apps that are on cydia but not on installer? Will downloading cydia mess up or replace installer? * +

no it won't affect the installer app at all.. Some prefer to use the installer and some prefer cydia.. Download it and see what you think.. But if you unlocked your iPhone properly then cydia would of been on it 1st instead of installer so I guess you used that awful programme ziphone.. Never use it again use liberty+ * +

I have cydia on mine and never used Ziphone. At the moment, cydia is better for the 2.0 firmware. * +

Thanx 1rish n wanny..I'll go ahead n try out cydia coz installer won't let me update(apps needing 2 b updated show up again immediately after downloadin). Another thing is dat da iAmp app didn't work on my fon.. * +
