almost 3rd day my edge not workin. any 1 facing same problem in mumbai? helpline is doh. i told them on iphone u dont need any settings for edge but they still dont believe. * +

1). Tell them to activate the GPRS service which can also be used on the computer. I think it was called mobile office. 2). Ask them for the ACCESS POINT NAME (APN) of this service. 3). Enter the APN in Settings-General-Network-Edge-APN. If its still not working, call them up to verify whether ur GPRS has been activated or not. If its still not working then there's a problem on airtels server side * +

still i cant access edge without settings. from last 4 months i used edge without settings, now edge to work i have to insert apn. only then it works. * +
