if you have a jailbroken iphone which probably would be the case since you're on t-mobile, go to installer and install appsuport for your version or/and iworld. I think that will solve your problem. You can also try doing a network reset on the phone or trying on other phone to see if the problem is on iphone or on the sim card/ provider. *
