Never used one but I have its brother. If its one with the iTunes icon, then yea, all u need is an iTunes account. Need pc of for updating firmware.. *

Both i think. You should be able to use itunes free in starbucks but Ive not tried it yet *

you'd get music onto it the same way as you get music onto any other ipod, the computers in gateshead library usedto have itunes on them but not anymore whether apple have knocked music transfer on public pcs on the head or gateshead just took it off i dunno *
