after upgrading the BSD subsystem,I keep getting an error message saying 'file download failed-couldn't find host' whenever I try to install or uninstall an application.Anyone with any ideas of what I might've done wrong and how do I get round this?? *

where you upgrading it via wifi? it has to be done via wifi! *

common prob... U ve run out out of APPLICATIONS DISK SPACE. Yup, 300mb partion is free for apps out of which the iPhone already uses 250mb. So now using iPhone browser on windows delete a few apps from the applications folder. Then install an app called boss tools from the installer. This app moves all apps to the multimedia partion and makes sure all apps installed in the future go there too. *
