Gender is irrelevant. Females have likely played games as long as males have. It's pandering to casual gamers in general that will destroy Nintendo. NintendoLand and a lack of core games proves that. They could've mentioned Zelda and co in passing whilst on stage but opted for their take on Pontins. They even released a vid to wrap up E3 focussing on NSAF. Says it all really reading * +

Wouldn't be so bad if they could mix it up a bit tho Vamez, why spend vast amounts on a machine that has the same games as cheaper devices, facebook,pads,pc, 50 games for 30 quid machines. Both Sony and Microsoft are adapting to it and selling bit extra and with new IP's, when the Snes came out it was immense with variety but now they are keeping cartoony?

I get what you're saying. I think Nintendo is hoping 3rd party developers will bring core games to the platform, something that rarely happens. However, I think Nintendo proves core games are not that important because the Wii did really well, riding on the zelda and mario games like a hooker on . * +
