Read enough about it cos I was considering going into gamestesting. It's the s**ttest job in the games industry. Have a search online and ya can find out yourself. No code can be guaranteed bug-free when ya talking the amount of code is in a game, but how many games still get released with glaringly obvious bugs? And ya don't think they don't get ignored by some companies? As I said, often if it'll intefere with a planned release, then the bug is ignored * +
