It was a horizontal side scrolling shooting game I played in a arcade machine about 9 years ago. The game language was in Japanese, there were 3 or 4 selectable characters- as long as I remember they were all girls. The game starts with the character flying from left to right. Loads of alien robot looking enimies will enter the screen from right. explosions. Sometimes u have to fly near ground, sometimes in the sky. I really don't remember much but there were some other games like king of dragons,metal slug, kof 99 etc. So I'm guessing it was a cps1 or neogeo game. Anyone played any game like this?? * +

There is a high probability it wasn't a person flying, but a humanoid mech. Anyone remember anything like that ? I found some games on google but these r just traditional spaceships. * +
