Hi guys. I have steam on my laptop, and i want to download free to play games on it. However my connection at home is pretty slow. So I use my university's internet most of the time. The question is, how do i connect to steam with my university's proxy? When I'm browsing the internet with the uni's net, i have to add a proxy in my firefox settings, then get prompted a username and password. How do i use that for steam? Thanks. * +

There are no options to set up a proxy in the Steam client so you will have to set it up in Windows. Just google 'setup a proxy in windows'. Add your win version. * +
