Only chance you have is to type the IP add into the web browser on the PS3. Look on the router for the IP add, username and password. If the PS3 browser can't access the router then you can try a smartphone. If that doesn't work then you will need a PC. * +

You could take the router to a friend who has a PC and access the settings there. *
