The BF3 pic you saw was a hacked psv playing bf3 through remote play. So it was streaming the game from a ps3. * +

It wasn't the Vita that was hacked, it was the PS3 using a custom fw of 3.55 that enabled remote play. Bit poinless as offical fw 4.0 enables it anyway, and probably does a better job * +
