well.......yes and no. no it hasn't been officially announced nor has any teasers been put up BUT yes Bethesda own the rights to make one more fallout game and after the success of Skyrim its highly likely they are working on fallout 4 using the skyrim engine. money's on an announcement this year, rumours are its set once again in northern America (sf, new York etc) * +

head over to you tube for some interesting fan made teaser trailers, in my opinion they should set the game in Russia or London , even China to explain who attacked first, also it needs to be set long enough after the war for civilization to pick itself up again but not as far gone as fallout new Vegas * +
