The box is clearly marked with system requirements 
if you haven't got the latest beta Nvidia drivers then get them, get MSI afterburner and push the clocks on your card. If this isn;t enough then look into some .ini tweaks * +

Why? a 360 and the 360 version would be far more expensive than a new video card that would destroy said 360 on this game 
You can get a radeon 5770 for little more than 50 quid new these days. Secondhand you pick up a good enough card for even less. * +
