Hey all I bought MW3 on the 29th of Dec and when I went to play it I noticed there was a scratch on the disc, now I still have the receipt for it. Would the shop replace it or would I need to contact the maker of the game? * +

Not really. Did it have the plastic wrapping on it or was it put in the case from their drawer? Because sealed games rarely tend to be scratched. However, they are obligated to replace it under the sales and goods act * +

If any of my games got scratched and I didnt have the receipt, id go to blockbuster and rent the same game then swap discs. Simples * +
