Does anyone know how to make these appear? theres supposed t be 3 in each city but only the riften ones are there, do i need to return the skeleton key first or are they just bugged n not there? * +

I think you have to do some special missions in the guild to get access to all of them * +

i done all the extra work, got influence in all four citys, etc only thing i have yet to do is return the skeleton key. was just wondering if i need to do that first or if its just bugged n i gotta wait for a patch. the 3 in riften are there but none in whiterun,solitude, markarth or windhelm * +

vilindrel hall in markarth has a cache outside. 
i think they appear as a specific number of side missions are completed in each hold * +

they supposed to appear merc but they aint for me got a fence in each city, done dwlvins special a55 ignments but no caches will return skeleton key if thats what needed but if not keeping it till i got my last few lockpick lvls lol * +

do 4-5 thieves guild basic misions and you will be given a special mission. do this for the 4 citys that the guild operates in and you should have all the caches open to you. * +
