Sold my old elite boxing day to my sister and her dinlo husband moved the console whilst the game was inside playing, it completely destroyed the lens. My best guess is your sister or her lad may have moved it. Best way to tell is by checking the disc, if you see a scorched ring half way through then its been moved * +
