Bought driver for 360 today ''new sealed'' yet it fails to boot up. On the initial loading screen I get the error message that says its scratched or dirty, try cleaning etc. I tried installing but only gets to 45 percent before getting same error. I have looked at the disk and while it does generally look new, there are fine sort of speckles, not quite as it if came straight off the line and into the case. * +

Take it back. I had exactly the same problem with dragon age. They refunded me * +

Actually they did but they were all new copies where the game had been removed and case put on the shelf. Every single one had a mark. Told em to refund me or i'd take up the sales of goods act with their manager * +

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if goods are faulty.. I'd get another copy. Driver is a great game altho it can get repetitive. So much to do in it * +

Hmmm something dodgey going on. I took it back and exchanged no problem, she actually opened another 'sealed' copy, checked the disk and showed it me. There age a few marks on this disk too. I obviously mentioned it and she saw them herself. I took it anyway but it looks like pre owned games are being resealed and sold as new but on offer. * +
