gta 4. bought the guide to do the flying rat. took me weeks of pigeon hunting................. got 199 and all have been crossed out!!! now I played through the whole game and ignored all the pigeons, I did come across a location in the guide with no pigeon, I have hit a glitch surely grrrr * +

I got all the pigeons. I missed one and had to start over again but luckily it was one of the first. Are there certain times when a pigeon is there? I can't remember. * +

The 1 missing is.... east island city. bunker hill ave. inside the roof enclosure of the nuca design building. you cant get in there without a chopper so i wouldnt of killed it during the story * +
