As a vampire, you will be affected by sunlight, more so as you become a more powerful Vamp. No word on werewolves yet tho, that would be a neat addition. Vamp up with some Dragon souls and you'll rule skyrim * +

Being a vampire in oblivion was rubbish there was a permanent cure or soemthign wasn't there? Been a long time i forget. Most people i recall ended up vampires hated it * +

Yeah there was a cure. I had to consult a walkthrough to find out how to acquire the cure. It wasn't that bad being a vamp, the main problem was you had to be out mostly at night time. If they can come up with something to wear that enables you to travel during the day for a set amount if time, it would be better. * +
