It seeme Sony owns the patents for the wii U technology. It could mean a lawsuit might very well happen in the later future. This should be interesting. Id think that sony would allow them to pay royalties, or just force them to do somethong different * +

Not happening, as the Wii U has been in development since before the supposed patent date, not to mention, its only ''Wii U STYLE'' tech... not actual Wii U tech. * +
