Winner of the dream.build.play contest 2011 went to an indie game called blocks that matter, a simple yet innovative puzzle game that makes use of games such as boulderdash, tetris and minecraft(BTM-blocks thats matter) which is available on steam and live for 2 stiff(240msp). Btm is one of those rare indie games that are pretty d*mn good. Looks good and plays great and well worth the price * +

Developed by two swedish lads, the game scooped first place in a pool of over 240 candidates. The competition saw you make a game using microsoft's xna 4.0 studio an netted the swedish duo a tidy 40 grand for their trouble and the chance to have their game elevated to xbox arcade. The game is still available for the low price on indie game section * +
