Lawsuit has been filed in New York by Seijiro Tomita of Tomita Technologies. These patent lawsuits are a joke....some patents are so general they could cover anything....and the practice of 'inventing' something, patenting it then waiting to sue someone, without ever releasing tech yourself is a joke * +
