I've seen players in demon's souls with an adjudicator's shield +10, but how do you upgrade this beast? do you need a demon's soul or is it just a question of farming stones? I have a load of different stones but when I go to see Ed the option is never there to make an adjudicator's shield + 1 * +

think you need a special demon soul, take it to blacksmith on 2-1 and it'll tell you the name. Have you heard of the Demon Souls Wiki? It's a good site with info on stuff like this. * +
