yea it is if you was a member before 20th april......if your ps3 is connected to the internet it should say on the 'whats new' bit and the choice of 2 games out of a list of 5 * +

You keep them 2 games forever, it's just the ps plus stuff that you can only keep for as long as ps plus subscription's on, unless you paid anything for it, then you keep it. *
