i have just got myself another psp off ebay, its a silver 3000, it was labelled as mint condition but has a few small scratches on the screen, nothing major. i wondered if this shouldng have been labelled as mint or am i being a bit too fussy? * +

Mint to me means used once and put back in the box. Mint should be scratch free and still smell new * +

What they said. Scratches? Even if they were on the casing it shouldn't have been described as mint, let alone the screen * +

Mint condition refers to coins just off the press shiny and new no scratches. Just minted! I'd message the seller and if your not too bothered by scratches ask for some rebate or you'll open a resolution from paypal. If it's a trader they'll probably settle prior to claim! Take photos to send off as proof * +

You mite be able to get a full refund and not even have to send it back, it says in the ebay terms and conditions, open a dispute and see if you get it for free! I had 2 mobile phones, a sega saturn, psp and a laptop, only costs a couple o quid to fix then you got it near enuff for free! You can still buy new shells for em, doesn't take that much to sort. I got a spare pandora battery and m.m.card * +
