you buy it from any game shop, it plugs in to your 360 or ps3 via usb and you can download and play pc games on your console

Or for simple, look up steam.com download for free on Pc and then even download counterstrike for free and the for free! Play online, and or then u can pay to download other games to play also:) * +

The best thing happening for PC gaming at the moment. I have it on my laptop on campus and play some casual games. Can download games anywhere anytime. Sometimes games can be 10 percent cheaper compared to consoles * +
