I got myself a second hand copy of the Orange Box the other day, and started to install it. I asked to join steam, which I did. It asked for the serial number on the leaflet inside the case. I entered it, and it said serial duplicate exists. So obviously the previous owner registered it. Is there a way that I can get a new serial? I contacted steam support, but haven't heard anything from them * +
