as I understand it, if there's any sort of legal precedent in california's courts, for anything remotely like this, then sony are going to lose. I'm not sure how, if they lost, the money would be given to every ''affected'' account, possibly a refund? In any case, only time will tell. It'll go on for months if not years.....probably. * +
