I a55 ume you mean New vegas? You'll have starter quests from that woman, then you can opt to help that guy hiding out in the town, and from there it's prettty much up to you. But i'd suggest following the story if you're not sure. use the pip boy if you're not sure what you're doing, it keeps all quests stored. * +
