You can change the difficulty mid game i think, but if you are in mode, once you turned it off, then you lose the achievement or trophy for that when you complete it. * +

So its do or die. If you are looking for the achievement then you may as well play it with and never turn it off. If however you just want to see what the challenge is then play with it enabled and if it bugs you turn it off

Wow i didnt expect 2 actually ressolve this issue by making this topic but u make a very good point spartan. I feel at peace once again lol i totally forgot turning it off mid-game was an option n i dont care about the acheivement since i read its nothing special. Nice one sir! * +

You have to play mode from the second you start to the very end. No achievement is worth the hassle. Companions die too * +

is annoying. you eat which increases rads, drink which increases rads, go to doctor to cure rads. *
