Same thing. Banned for retail. 
If the BBFC decline a rating on an adult title then it is effectively not legal for sale in the uk. Happened a few times but usually the game gets released after revisions or re a55 essment * +

Split second was carry compared to what I've played of that on the demo! Reminds me of the first motorstorm, the cars and bikes looks loke they been cut out and stuck on with a piece of blu tack? * +
