My step daughters psp 3002 is refusing to turn on, her mum just told me so i cant diagnose the problem any further. You guys have had faulty sony products, what can you tell me? It was bought at toys r us, i called them but they just said bring it in, will sony repair this? Its 3 months old * +

if its 3 months ols surely warranty will cover it. if u got the receipt as proof of purchase then you can get a full refund from toys r us from the sale of goods act. * +

It never came with a memory card but thanks guys. I wont be taking it back myself but can you give me a rough idea of the time sony take to collect repair and return things should it come to that * +

Know it sounds daft lol, but it is charged up isn't it? Only i've turned mine off with plenty of life in the battery, left it for a few days or whatever, n its dead as a doornail when I come to switch it on again * +
