So my 360 broke Sunday morning. After just over 3 years, so longer than most. White spots were coming on the screen whilst playing Fallout NV, so I thought I better turn it off, but turned it back on to get the E74 error. Now with it being 3 yers I was of course worried that the warranty would be up. So I registered on xbox.com and requested for a repair. Warranty expires on..... * +

any idea why the warranty was about 3 years and 3 months from when I bought it? Is it to allow for how long it may have sat on a shop shelf after manufacture and shipping? * +
