Its not and wont be for months. Bulletstorm epic edition sposed to get it first but then it seems it'll be open for anyone * +

Gr8guy is telling porkies. Yes xtreme, keep your eyes peeled because in the coming weeks there will be other ways to take part in the beta. Not confirmed how yet but it makes sense for epic to get as many on board to iron out any creases * +
